DELIVERIES:
Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be made within 24-48 hours and within 3-5 days for international shipments (Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. They may also be affected during periods of high sales volume (such as the First Communion season, Christmas or Black Friday...)
Tu Cielito Lindo undertakes to deliver the product to the address registered by the user. Any incident in the delivery due to an incorrect address or if no one has been able to receive the package due to absence at the indicated address, will be the responsibility of the customer.
Even so, Tu Cielito Lindo is committed to trying to deliver the package as far as possible within the indicated timeframes to satisfy the customer.
If the customer has purchased by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the first business day of confirmation of the deposit into the Tu Cileito Lindo account.
Customers are informed that the delivery dates indicated are estimates.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
All shipments will be delivered on working days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national or regional holidays.
Once your order leaves our stores, you will receive an email from the courier company, specifying the details of your delivery and where you can track your shipment.
You can also select in-store pickup at no additional cost. Once your order is placed, you will be sent an email as soon as it is ready for pickup (between 1 and 6 days).
Please note that if the purchase was made by bank transfer, the indicated delivery time will always be counted from the confirmation of the payment of the purchase amount into the account.
National
Shipping costs to the Peninsula are 2.90 euros VAT included. FREE shipping for orders over 90€. Express 48h shipping costs 6.90€.
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are 7.99 euros VAT included.
Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are 28 euros VAT included.
International
Shipping costs to Portugal, France and Italy are 10.99 euros VAT included
Shipping costs to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Finland and Sweden are €13.99 including VAT.
Shipping costs to Switzerland are 26 euros including VAT.
Shipping costs to the USA, Canada, Central America and South America are 25 euros.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the pieces, they will be shown to you before finalizing your purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Returns:
The maximum period for making returns is 15 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order. For orders placed between November 23 and January 5, the return period is extended until January 15 inclusive.
In order to make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused and in the packaging in which you received it. Exchanges or returns of personalized products are also not accepted. If there is an error in the engraving or a defect in the piece, contact us and we will give you a solution.
Once you notify us of the return by sending an email to info@tucielitolindo.com, we will inform you of the collection process through the transport company. You will be reimbursed for the amount of the product and the initial shipping costs, if any. The customer will be responsible for the return costs.
TU CIELITO LINDO is not responsible for any loss that the package may suffer when the customer sends it for return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our store in perfect condition.
If you want and it is more convenient for you, you can make your return or exchange in our physical stores. You can exchange it by presenting a copy of your order receipt, as long as it is in perfect condition.
Changes or returns of earrings are not accepted.
Changes:
A product can be exchanged for another within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order by the customer. Once notified by email to info@tucielitolindo.com , we will inform you how to proceed. For orders placed between November 23 and January 5, the exchange period is extended until January 15 inclusive.
The costs associated with exchanges will always be borne by the customer. The cost will be €7.95 (a single payment corresponding to the shipping of the new product and collection of the item being exchanged).
Yeah The reason for the change is because you received the order in poor condition or if you have mistakenly received a product different from the one you purchased, or the engraving is incorrect. In these cases, shipping costs will be free.
For international returns and exchanges, please contact us and we will inform you how to proceed.
Under no circumstances may products be exchanged for others of a lower value.
