Deliveries - Shipping conditions

For orders within the Spanish peninsula you can choose between 2 types of shipping:

Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be made within 48 hours and within 3-5 days for international shipments (Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. They may also be affected during periods of high sales volume (such as the First Communion season, Christmas or Black Friday...)

Important: Classic SAINT'S DAY medals and GUEST packs may take up to 15 business days to arrive.

Tu Cielito Lindo undertakes to deliver the product to the address registered by the user. Any incident in the delivery due to an incorrect address or if no one has been able to receive the package due to absence at the indicated address, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Even so, Tu Cielito Lindo is committed to trying to deliver the package as far as possible within the indicated timeframes to satisfy the customer.

If the customer has purchased by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the first business day of confirmation of the deposit into the Tu Cielito Lindo account.

Customers are informed that the delivery dates indicated are estimates.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

All shipments will be delivered on working days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national or regional holidays.

Once your order leaves our stores, you will receive an email from the courier company, specifying the details of your delivery and where you can track your shipment.

You can also select in-store pickup at no additional cost. Once your order is placed, you will be sent an email as soon as it is ready for pickup (between 1 and 6 days).

Please note that if the purchase was made by bank transfer, the indicated delivery time will always be counted from the confirmation of the payment of the purchase amount into the account.

National

Shipping costs to the Peninsula are

Standard (48 working hours): €4.90 VAT included. FREE shipping for orders over €60.

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands are 7.99 euros VAT included.

Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are 28 euros VAT included.

International

Shipping costs to Portugal, France and Italy are 10.99 euros VAT included

Shipping costs to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Finland and Sweden are €13.99 including VAT.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are 26 euros including VAT.

Shipping costs to the USA, Canada, Central America and South America are 28 euros.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the pieces, they will be shown to you before finalizing your purchase.
