How do I place an order?

Buying at tucielitolindo.com is very easy! Purchase in just one step: Once you have chosen the product, you must complete the necessary information for shipping and make the payment; all on one page.

How is my order shipped?

We work with Correos Exprés for domestic orders and with UPS for international orders to ensure efficient delivery.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Shipments will be made within 24-48 hours for orders within the peninsula, 3 days for the rest of Spain and 3-5 days for orders internationally. We also offer the free option of in-store pick-up at Calle Santaló 70, in Barcelona or at the Madrid store, at Calle Velázquez 39 (From 1 to 6 days, we will notify you by email when your order is ready).

What can I do if I have an urgent order?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs to the peninsula are 4.50 euros including VAT and to the Balearic Islands it is 7.99 euros. The cost of international shipping will be reflected once you choose your shipping country. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items, they will be shown to you before you complete your purchase. Tu Cielito Lindo does not apply any surcharge on Correos Exprés rates.

How can I make my payment?

Tu Cielito Lindo offers you three payment methods:

  • 1. Credit cards: through a secure payment gateway, for payment with major credit cards.
  • 2. Bizum
  • 3. Bank transfer.

In this last payment method, an order will only be considered valid from the moment that Tu Cielito Lindo receives bank confirmation of said transfer.

Can I exchange a product?

Changes and returns can be made in the following cases:

  • Recording error by Tu Cielito Lindo.
  • Defective or damaged product.
  • Product does not correspond to what was ordered.

The product must be delivered within 14 days from the original delivery date with its respective packaging in perfect condition. If the packaging does not correspond to the original or is in poor condition, it may be depreciated.

Personalized earrings and products cannot be exchanged or returned.

In the case of a refund of goods, the total amount of the order will be refunded. The refund of the amount will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns - Right of withdrawal

-The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return their products within the period for exercising this right, which is 15 calendar days from receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract if it involves the provision of services, without penalties for exercising this right;

- the consumer must be reimbursed for the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs within 15 calendar days from the date on which he or she was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

Warranty

Every product will be accompanied by an invoice or sales receipt from the physical store as well as the sealed warranty.

Tucielitolindo.com is responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery, as established by Law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

In the event of a defective product, the product will be repaired, replaced, the price reduced or the contract terminated, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The buyer must inform tucielitolindo.com of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Products that have been manipulated, damaged or have been damaged due to incorrect use are explicitly excluded from the manufacturer's warranty.

Is there after-sales service?

How can I take care of my silver jewelry?

Silver is a material that oxidizes and reacts mainly with sweat from the skin, depending on the pH, creams... In summer it can get a little more damaged. This is normal and can be remedied. You can clean it with any silver cleaner or special chamois cloth for cleaning silver that has a product impregnated on it that leaves it perfect. As a home remedy you also have the option of cleaning it with toothpaste or bicarbonate.
